About EIAD
Artificial intelligence is rapidly becoming embedded in organisations across the world.
Enterprises are exploring new ways to apply AI to improve productivity, support decision-making, redesign work and unlock new forms of value.Yet while the capabilities of AI continue to advance, far less attention has been given to how AI is deployed within enterprises — how organisations introduce, integrate, govern and manage artificial intelligence responsibly at organisational scale.
The Institute for Enterprise AI Deployment (EAID) was established to address this gap.
EAID is an independent research and leadership organisation dedicated to advancing strategic, sustainable and humane AI deployment in the enterprise. The institute focuses specifically on the organisational, leadership and governance considerations associated with enterprise-level AI deployment.While many AI institutes concentrate on technology development, safety, ethics or public policy, EAID focuses on the practical realities of deploying AI inside enterprises.Through research, insight and dialogue, EAID examines how enterprises:introduce artificial intelligence into their organisations integrate AI into operations and decision-making govern AI responsibly and transparently manage AI as an enduring organisational capability.
Our Mission
The mission of the Institute for Enterprise AI Deployment (EAID) is to advance understanding of what responsible enterprise-level AI deployment requires.
As artificial intelligence becomes increasingly embedded within organisations, enterprises face important decisions about how AI should be introduced, integrated and governed across the enterprise.
EAID exists to support a deeper understanding of these challenges by examining the strategic, organisational and governance considerations associated with enterprise AI deployment.
Through research, insight and dialogue, the institute seeks to contribute to the development of strategic, sustainable and humane approaches to deploying artificial intelligence in the enterprise.
Our Principles
Across all of its work, EAID evaluates enterprise AI deployment through the lens of three guiding principles:
